Bei uns war die Lunchcruise schon ausgebucht, also machen wir am 28.2. die Sunset Cruise. Lt. Buchungsbestätigung werden wir um 14:15 abgeholt, die Cruise dauert dann von 14:30 bis 18 Uhr. Preis beläuft sich auf 90 USD pP inkl. Getränke und Fingerfood.

wir waren mit Calabaza auf der Nachmittagskatamarantour zu den Schildköten, was ich auch nur empfehlen kann, da bei uns an jedem Tag der Kreuzfahrt erst am Nachmittag das Sonnenwetter war und es vormittags immer eine Bewölkung am Himmel mal mehr mal weniger gab.

Gina`s Team war echt Super drauf und die Verpflegung und Getränke sind erste Klasse. Mit nur max 12 Mann an Bord eine tolle Tour.

Für diese Tour würde ich persönlich die Rumdestellerie Morgens besuchen.

Das klingt spitze, wir haben für den 28.2. auch die Sunset Tour gebucht!

Wir würden auch vormittags gerne die Mount Gay Rumdestillerie besuchen - ohne AIDA (AIDA Ausflug wenn ich richtig geschaut hab nur in Kombination mit U-Boot...?). Leider ist der 28.2. ein Sonntag und lt. Homepage ist da geschlossen. Oder weiß jemand, ob man bei lokalen Anbietern Touren dort buchen kann sonntags (AIDA ist ja offensichtlich auch dort)? Und lohnt sich ein Besuch überhaupt?

hab jetzt mal im Internet recherchiert, da wir ev. bei der Firma selbst (DePalm Tours) vorab buchen wollten:

1) dort kostet die Fahrt pP 105 $!!! Der AIDS-Ausflug kostet aber nur 70 EUR ???
2) auf der Buchungsseite von Atlantis/DePalmTours steht groß folgender Satz: "Cruise passengers must purchase their tours directly
with the Cruise lines."
Auf Anfrage, ob das denn wirklich nicht geht, bekam ich folgende Antwort: "Due to our contract with the cruise line, we are not allowed to offer
you this tour directly. Please visit the excursions desk onboard your ship."


Hat da jemand Erfahrungen damit??? Ich denk mal die können ja nicht checken woher man kommt... Blöd ist nur, dass man offenbar die Buchung bei seinem Hotel bestätigen muss...
Am meisten verwundert bin ich aber eben auch über den Preis - normalerweise ist AIDA ja immer teurer eigentlich...

es wurde schon ein paar mal hier - ergebnislos - gefragt, vielleicht weiß ja jetzt irgendwer mehr: ist ein Ausflug in die Mangroven (Boot, Kajak oder Schlauchboot) empfehlenswert?

Haben für den 26.2. auf St.Vincent den AIDA-Ausflug VIN07 - Wanderung zum Vulkan La Soufrière gebucht (sonst eher über lokale Anbieter, aber in diesem Fall erscheint uns das die sicherere Variante...). Ich hoff wirklich er kommt fix zustande, da diese Wanderung total toll sein soll!!!!

Ist da noch jemand dabei?

Dort haben wir und auch 3 andere Mitfahrer vor kurzem für den 29.2. gebucht (sind von 20.2.-5.3. auf der Diva)  


Uns wurde gesagt wir wären die ersten (?), und es müssen mind. 10 Personen zusammenkommen... aber wenn das dieselbe Tour ist und wir dadurch komplett werden, freut es mich umso mehr!!!

Wie lange dauert diese Führung? Und wann erfährt man, wann sie stattfindet? Gleich am Anreisetag? Ich nehme mal an, es findet an einem Seetag statt??

Nach all den guten Bewertungen hier im Forum haben wir uns entschlossen, auch bei Petra zu buchen - werden jetzt am 1.3. mit ihr die Tour 2 machen - englisch, die deutsche war schon ausgebucht - macht uns aber nix

Also der Email-Kontakt ging wahnsinnig schnell, sie hat sich innerhalb von wenigen Minuten bei uns gemeldet!

Nach dem lesen des gesamten Threads und wenn man kein Mietauto ausleihen will: hat denn Guadeloupe (außer einem offenbar ganz netten Strand in St. Anne) wirklich GAR nichts zu bieten???

Kann das kaum glauben... Sind im März mit der Diva dort, und bin jetzt etwas ratlos...

Die Schwefelquellen sind halt bei jedem Ausflug dabei... Einigen im Forum hat's auch gefallen... mal schauen
Da müsste man wohl eine Privattour machen, wenn man das nicht dabei haben will...

Da die Strände ja nur wenige Busminuten entfernt sind, kann man den Strand entweder vorher oder nachher einplanen... 8-10 Stunden nur in der Sonne liegen ist ja auch ein wenig langweilig...

Ja, das ist die Firma, die das U-Boot betreibt, Atlantis Submarines. Ist rein rundes Gebäude, direkt am Hafenkai...

wir sind am 22.2. mit der Diva auf Aruba und überlegen eine Fahrt mit dem U-Boot Atlantis. Gibt es hier Erfahrungsberichte darüber? Hier um Forum wurde noch nicht drauf eingegangen... Uns würd interessieren ob sich das Geld lohnt und ob man da das Wrack der Antilla ansteuert (zB beim Aida-Ausflug).

Im Barbados-Thread hab ich etwa gelesen, dass das Wasser oft trüb ist und man wenig sieht...

kann jemand was zu Herods Tours sagen? Ist auf Tripadvisor sehr gut bewertet, im Forum hab ich aber bisher nichts zu ihm gefunden...

Wollen nämlich unbedingt eine Land & Sea Tour machen (sind am 29.2.2016 mit der Diva auf St. Lucia), da wir uns im Forum davon überzeugen haben lassen, dass man St. Lucia am besten per Bus+Boot kombiniert erkundet. Der vielfach genannte Spencer Ambrose bietet leider keine Bus hin/Boot zurück Tour mehr an, sondern nur mehr Hin- UND Retour mit Boot. Das wollen wir aber auch nicht. So sind wir auf Herods gekommen - die Tour klingt toll und es ist mit 85 $ pro Person vergleichsweise günstig inkl. Lunch.

Leider fährt er die Tour erst ab 10 Personen und bisher gab es noch keine Anmeldungen. haben den Rochen-Ausflug über AIDA gebucht und ich wollt mal nachfragen, wie das mit Wertsachen ist, die man auf diesen Ausflug mitnimmt, während man im Wasser ist. Kann man die irgendwo am Boot wegsperren?

also wir starten übermorgen in die Karibik und fliegen auch zurück mit Air Berlin von La Romana nach Düsseldorf samstags um 17:35. Wir haben bei AIDA angefragt wie es ausschaut zeitlich mit Ausflügen am Abreisetag und es wurde uns gesagt, dass man Ausflüge buchen kann, bei denen man ca. um 14 Uhr wieder am Schiff ist.
